Where we are

Donna Lavinia at Cinecittà, Holiday House in Rome, is located in the quiet and safe neighborhood Tuscolano:
- A few minutes away from the Cinecittà Studios (walking distance or three stops of metro A)
- One block from the historic and beautiful Acquedotti Park, part of the immense area of the  Appia Antica Park 
- 200 meters from the bustling Via Tuscolana, shopping street and "Via del Cinema"
- 200 meters from the convenient Metro stop "Lucio Sesto", which will allow you 'to reach easily and in a few minutes the old town as well as all the major attractions in Rome (including universities, hospitals, railway stations, airports, etc) .

The district is rich in ancient history, and recent history too for its proximity to the Ciampino military airport that has made during Fascism a strategic area of the Resistance.

How to reach us

By car:

once on the Ring Road, take exit 21 towards Rome Centre. You reach the Holiday House in 10 minutes along Via Tuscolana until you turn left into Via Quadraro and then left again Viale Spartaco.

It will be very easy to park your car, free of charge, on Viale Spartaco or the nearby Largo Spartaco. Prefer a secure undercover parking? Nothing could be simpler: just contact us and we will reserve for you a car parking space at the garage of our selected partner, just 200 meters away from the property.

By train:

from train stations "Roma Termini" or "Rome Tuscolana" take the Metro A direction "Anagnina" and get off at "Lucio Sesto". The Holiday House is 200 meters far.

from train Station "Roma Tiburtina" take the Metro B direction "Laurentina", get off at "Terms" from which to take the Metro A direction "Anagnina" to go up "Lucio Sesto".

By plane:

from Ciampino airport, the public bus n. 520 will take you in 20 minutes to the stop Underground/Metro A "Subaugusta", which reached "Lucio Sesto" in two stops (you can use the same single way metrebus ticket for both).
from Fiumicino airport, a) With the Leonardo Express train will reach in 35 minutes the Rome Termini station, which take the Metro A to reach in 20 minutes the Holiday House; or b) With a regional train direct Monterotondo / Orte / Fara Sabina reach in 45 minutes the station of Rome Tuscolana, which take the Metro A to reach in 15 minutes the Holiday House.

By bus:

most of the bus routes, that reach Rome with Regional or National or International links, make terminus or make a stop at the station in exchange for Anagnina. From Anagnina you can easily reach the Holiday House in 4 stops of the Metro A ("Lucio Sesto"), in 10 minutes.
In the event of a terminal or intermediate stop at the station in exchange of Rome Tiburtina, take the Metro B, as described above (see "by train").
